Updates will be sent via email so please provide your correct email address at checkout. Please note that your tracking number can take up to 24/48 hours to update in the system, so if a "NOT FOUND" or "Pre-shipment" message appears on their website simply try again later until your tracking has had time to update. Occasionally at some facilities a package may miss its initial scan. When this occurs tracking information will remain in " Pre-Shipment" until the package receives a scan or is finally delivered. We understand that this can be frustrating but please be assured that most packages do reach their destination within the 2-5 days. When this is not the case and a package surpasses its expected delivery grace period, a claim is to be filed with the carrier.
Please note that we are not held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items once it leaves our establishment.

Freedom From Hair reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Freedom From Hair has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Freedom From Hair shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
